To help improve the quality of our support service, we've developed this brand new ticketing system. This will ensure that your support request never gets lost and unanswered. You can track and monitor your support tickets at any time.
Plus this system enables us to build a knowledge base that you can check before creating a ticket. Meaning that you might be able to find an answer to your question... AND not have to wait for us to get to your ticket.
This system is replacing the standard way of contacting support (sending an email to support@internetmoneyreport.com). Though any emails that are sent to this email address will still be registered into this ticketing system.
We're constantly striving to improve our service and provide more value for our users. If you have any feedback, ideas or suggestion please do not hesitate to contact us.

My last two or three support tickets are not even showing, so I don't know if you received them or not. I cannot get Google's approval for AdSense, and I am frustrated. I will send an email to your old address, and hopefully get my questions answered promptly. I am ready ready to start promoting the hell out of this site, but I am finding it difficult when I can't get my questions answered! Thanks for your support.

I have had tickets waiting for an answer for OVER A MONTH now. This is a disgrace. Your taking payments from me, for my upgrade, but NOT paying me for the upgraded affiliates the I have signed up, and answered tickets as to why.
