UPDATE - Setting Up Adsense (for Premium Members)...Over the past week or so, we've had a number of users experience issues whilst setting up Adsense on their review site. We've spent the past couple of days recalibrating the system to take these issues into account.
If you'd experienced any issues in the past, please login to your VRB account and click on the link entitled; Premium Affiliate Details'. You'll notice a number of new instructions and features to help get Adsense up and running.

I need your help to resolve my problem about insert and sending the code on create a HTML page on the site.
I've paste the code that Google supplies into the box and press the submit button and replace the web URL then send back to Google.
But I just copy and paste (in Indonesian language) and I didn't translate to English.
I've just got email from Google Adsense as stated below (I translate it to English):

Important Note: If the language on your site are Indonesian, you
must send a new application to use another email address / new.
In the dropdown "Language on the website", please select the "Indonesian"
as the primary language of your website. This will assist the examination
us. To send a new application, please visit
http://www.google.com/adsense.
One member of our team will immediately review the suitability
your application to our program policies.
While we look forward to supporting the Indonesian language in features
AdSense for Content, but we have not determined the date of availability
AdSense for you. If you want to know about language development
